Additional Information:
Samyang's cine lenses are based on their still photography lenses, but are optimized for video applications. This includes aperture declicking, relocation of scales to the side of the lenses and follow focus gears. Introduced as 2nd generation line of VDSLR lenses, the CS II/UMC II series additionally are color matched and feature unified gear positions to allow a faster swap of lenses. Although not labeled accordingly, by following the product IDs the T1.5/50 as well as the T2.2/135 should be manufactured according to the standards of the CS II/UMC II series as well. According to Rokinon the T3.1/100 Macro is part of the new series as well (it's their latest model anyway).
Rebadges of this lens are available by Rokinon and Walimex (click to compare).
Samyang will further offer this lens for Canon EOS M (Prod. ID #).
