I had enough technical specs to tell this lens is either based on the Sigma 4.0-5.6/75-300mm DL [530] or on the 4.0-5.6/75-300mm UC APO [500]. The "A or B" specs above are taken from the Sigmas. Both lenses got the 2001 issue, but the DL was listed as upgradeable.
