This model originates from a series of medium format T/S lenses, which were available in three different flavors:
• Hartblei 3.5/45 MC PCS (for P6, M645, C645, P645 and Kiev 88, shift only)
• Hartblei 3.5/45 MC TS-PC (for P6, M645, C645 and P645, tilt-shift)
• Hartblei 3.5/45 MC TS-PC Super-Rotator (for P6, M645, C645 and P645, full magic)

The lens features a tilt range of ±8°, a shift range of ±12mm and a full 360° rotation and has the same anti-flare casing originally developed for the Zeiss-Hartblei prototypes. Probably comes with a tripod collar.
