Additional Information:
The Canon EOS 1000/1000F did not provide a depth of field preview function.
The EOS 1000 was also sold as QD version with the Quartz Date Back module included, and exclusively produced for the japanese market there was a QD-P version available, which came with a panorama frame adapter and panorama function built-in with the viewfinder.
