Additional Information:
Technical Farm offers a cine modified Canon EF 24-70mm F2.8L USM by adding an aperture control ring, which solves the problem of iris control with mount adapters not featuring any electronic couplings. Aiming at cinematographers, they also added gears for follow focus etc. to every control ring. The focus mechanism is slightly altered by adding stops at minimum and maximum focus to prevent infinite focus ring rotation. The modification was launched in 2011. The lens is covered in an article by Wataru Miyamoto.
